PROJECT’S OBJECTIVE: Animalario Universal is an artistic proposal that aims to ponder on the different popular expressions that are part of our Latin roots in order to understand how these manifestations define our identity and our cultural heritage.

TECHNIQUE: The students made papier-mâché models of fantastic animals based on the research of popular expressions such as alebrijes. (Alebrijes are brightly colored sculptures of fantastical (fantasy/mythical) creatures).
TEACHER’S ASSESSMENT: The proposals presented in this audiovisual production shows how the students, in collaboration with their families, came up with a great creative work in the construction of sculptures and the exploration of cultural references.
